GERRY:- 45 to 50 years old, the CEO of Baxter Organic Foods, he’s a Wall Streeter with an open collar (dressed Miami corporate-casual). Suspected of having guilty knowledge of the spread of the E. Coli virus, Gerry lets his attorney do the talking for him, and appears to be smirkingly convinced that he’s above the law — or that he’s covered his tracks really well. Later, when Horatio promises not to press charges, Gerry leans back and spills his guts, revealing that the financial advantages of genetically modified corn outweigh the potential liability of the occasional untraceable outbreak of botulism. Gerry’s corporate commitment to “clean, organic” food is just a story he feeds to chumps; he’s only interested in profits. SHELDON:- 36 years old, a Harvard law School graduate with a closed collar and tie, very professional and intensely protective of his client, he’s the attorney for Baxter Organic Foods and its CEO, Gerry M. RHEA:- 35 to 40, the kind of restaurateur you love to hate, A busy woman with a biting, brassy edge, Rhea is the boss in charge of Sambello’s Vegetarian Grill, a A-rated Miami eatery. She thinks that letter A eliminates her from all suspicion in Lauren’s death, and she furiously points the detectives in the direction of the grower, baxter Organic Foods…ONE DAY GUEST STAR

LAUREN:- 24 years old, Will’s girlfriend, she has ingested a fatal dose of E. Coli at her local organic restaurant, and is brought into the ER within minutes of her death, caused by massive bacterial infection.
